Bodhi Organics a premium organic herbal tea company which makes beautiful, unique teas, all naturopathically formulated by well-known naturopath and herbalist Lisa Guy.

Each of the teas in the wellness range are made with the finest quality whole loose leaf tea so they have a lovely rich, full flavour. Lisa has designed this beautiful tea range with the aim of enhancing people’s health and wellbeing. Each tea has different healing and therapeutic qualities, and contain super herbs and spices like turmeric, ginger, echinacea, Siberian ginseng and withania, which have exceptional and well researched healing properties.

Bodhi teas are certified organic with the ACO and are made here in Australia. Our teas, herbs and spices used in our blends are carefully sourced from organic farms in Australia and around the globe.


Activated Raw Snacks


Kitz is an artisan food company that hand-crafts over 40 varieties of gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan, activated and raw snacks for the thoughtful eater.  Kitz Living Foods was founded in 2006 in Coolangatta.  Working from the family kitchen the first few years, we slowly built up a customer base until in 2011 we moved to a commercial kitchen space.  At that time we were stocked by 60 stores nationally and had four casual staff.  From this point Kitz grew quickly.  Today we are stocked by over 500 stores nationally, and employ 17 staff.

We moved this year to a custom fitted space in South Murwillumbah, NSW comprised of 1100 square meters, which will allows us a tremendous increase in our production capacity.

Our new space will allow us to branch out into new product lines, which our customers have been requesting.  Specifically, we hope to release a range of gluten free wraps in the near future, as we now have room for a machine to help form the wraps.  As we add new product ranges we expect to employ more staff.  This is a labour intensive industry (artisan health foods) and we expect to always have a large staff.  Kitz seems to be riding a rising tide of awareness that Australians have about healthy food choices and how they affect health.

We are currently powered exclusively by renewable energy from Origin Energy and our plan is to install a solar power system on our roof in the future.  All our packaging is compostable, reducing our ecological footprint even further.  We hope to set an example that business can be ecologically responsible and still thrive.


Activated Nut Spreads


Food to Nourish is about creating tasty wholefood products that are made with integrity and passion, using nutrient dense organic ingredients.

We are an Australian company dedicated to producing the most nutrient dense organic wholefood products available. Nutritionist Danielle Minnebo co-founded Food to Nourish in 2013 when she identified a gap in the market for genuinely healthy gluten free foods.

All of our products are lovingly made by hand by a fantastic team of staff that are passionate about health and nutrition. We own and operate our own production facility on the Northern Beaches in Cromer, Sydney. We manage every aspect of our product creation; from the minute the raw bulk ingredients arrive, to the point they leave sealed and packaged as tasty products.

We make sure to activate all of the nuts we use in our range of products. We trigger the sprouting process by soaking our nuts in water, apple cider vinegar and salt for 6-18 hours. Our nuts are then drained and dried at low temperatures for up to 48hours. This entire process helps breakdown the phytic acid in the nuts which improves their digestibility and increases the nutrient absorption of minerals such as zinc and magnesium. This destroys the anti-nutrients in the nuts making them much more digestible and tastier!

Our production facility is certified organic with NASAA, which ensures our processes and manufacturing standards adhere to their strict organic guidelines. The NASAA certified organic logo is well recognised by consumers as being a trustworthy and ethical organic certifying body.


Kombucha & Cocomilk Kefir


Healthy living should be enjoyable and support peak health as well as health challenges!  Amphore has grown over the last few years.  We’ve got nine people on board – all multi-tasking in the office & workshop.  And they run our weekly market stalls.  We’ve got a wide range of ages and experiences with one common idea – to make clean, unprocessed, living foods – which improve people’s health.

At Amphore we’ve been fermenting Kombucha commercially for over eight years – perhaps the oldest supplier in Sydney.  Kombucha is a living culture of bacteria and yeast, feeding off green tea and sugar to produce a great tasting digestive and detox tonic.  Using “real food” ingredients gives our Kombucha a unique depth of flavour.  There are no chemical processes, no preservatives and no fillers.  We use organic sugar – but very little remains when we bottle. Both the Ginger Brew and Mint Green Kombuchas are delicious chilled, or warmed as a hot toddy.

We are passionate about gut health, and this led us to create Cocomilk-Kefir – another naturally fermented beverage.  It’s a versatile probiotic ingredient for sweet or savoury dishes.  We only use “Water Kefir” culture (another bacteria and yeast colony), so our product is suitable for vegans, lactose intolerant customers and all ages .  It can be used anywhere that people currently use yogurt, cream or sour cream.  And, like Kombucha, it’s a great tasting living food!

The Healthy Chef creates purely delicious functional foods for optimum health + wellbeing.

They use natural and organic whole foods and pride themselves on developing quality products that will inspire a deeper commitment to healthy living. They were the first company to bring Organic Pea Protein and grass fed Native Whey Protein from France to Australia and also the first to bring a natural occurring Vitamin C and D supplement made from whole foods to the market. The Healthy Chef Naked Drinking Chocolat is another first for Australia with no added sugars or sweeteners.

Raw Chocolate & Cereals


Loving Earth is a 360° brand that believes Food is Sacred.

What does that mean?

It means we care about the people who grow and eat our food, the process we use to make it and our impact on the planet. We collaborate with communities all around the world, pay fair prices and source premium organic wholefood ingredients that are as healthy as they are delicious.

We have taken years to build real relationships with communities who still use traditional growing and harvesting methods.

Our beans are grown by the Ashaninka people of the Amazon basin, the part of the planet from which cacao actually originated! The Ashaninka use skills handed down from generation to generation as they grow and harvest their indigenous cacao.

Our chocolate is made using raw cacao, from bean to bar, right here in Melbourne. We use the unroasted bean, meaning the chocolate retains more of its antioxidants and you can actually taste the floral flavours of this authentic Peruvian cacao.

Our breakfast cereals are activated (sprouted).  This unlocks all the nutrients, making them easier to digest. We also use minimally processed natural sweeteners with a low glycemic index, which helps keep your blood sugar stable.

At every step we stand by our values, which is why we worked hard to find the right people to make our chocolate packaging. It is all home compostable, using vegetable inks. Even the plastic looking inner wrapper is in fact non-GMO potato starch.
